Every athlete in our program begins with the Collegiate OnRamp, where we conduct a full performance assessment using our state-of-the-art Vald Lab. We test key performance markers such as strength, speed, and power so we can identify exactly what you need to work on.

From there, you’ll meet 1-on-1 with our Sports Nutrition Coach, ensuring that your diet is optimized for performance, muscle growth, and recovery. No guesswork—just science-backed strategies to fuel your development.

Custom Strength & Conditioning Programs for Maximum Results

Once we analyze your assessment results, we design a fully customized training plan tailored to your needs. Whether you need to improve explosive power, acceleration, agility, or strength, we create a plan that fits your sport and development stage.

Your program will be delivered via the TeamBuildr app, making it easy to track progress, follow your workouts, and stay accountable even when training independently. Every exercise, set, and progression is mapped out to close the gaps in your performance and push you beyond your limits.
