Build a Career Worth Showing Up For

At Speed Mechanics, coaching is not a side hustle or a steppingstone. It’s a craft and we’re building an environment where serious coaches can develop, grow, and do the best work of their careers.

We’re on a clear trajectory: a single integrated facility today, four locations by 2036, and a mandate to help 100,000 people become their best physically, mentally, and emotionally. If that excites you, keep reading.

What We’re Built On

These aren’t wall art. They’re how we make decisions, hire people, and hold each other accountable.

Bring the Energy
Bring the Energy

Be someone people want to work with, train with, and be around.

Do the Hard Things

Put the team and the client first; especially when it’s uncomfortable.

Never Be Finished

Relentlessly pursue growth; for yourself and for those around you.

Do the Right Thing

Act with integrity; especially when no one is watching.

Pressure Makes Us Better

We stay calm, adapt, and improve under stress.

Why This Place Exists

We help people become their best physically, mentally, and emotionally through an integrated ecosystem of performance, health, and rehabilitation services.

That means coaches and clinicians working together. Objective data guiding decisions. Long-term development over short-term fixes. And a team that holds itself to a standard most facilities don’t even attempt.

What makes Speed Mechanics different for a coach isn’t just the facility or the programming, it’s the model. You’ll work alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and sports scientists in a way that makes you better at your job and delivers better outcomes for the people you coach. That environment is rare. We’ve built it intentionally.

A Clear Path Forward

We’ve built an internal coach development pathway — Levels 1 through 3 — designed to take coaches from onboarding through to senior leadership

01

Level 1

Intern and introductory coaching. Learn the Speed Mechanics system, our standards, and how we deliver sessions.

02

Level 2

Intermediate coaching. Deeper programming knowledge, increased autonomy, and ownership of specific sessions and athletes.

03

Level 3

Senior coaching. Program leadership, team management, mentoring junior coaches, and full accountability for outcomes.

We’re not hiring bodies to fill time slots. We’re building a coaching staff that will lead this organization through significant growth over the next decade. The right people will have a genuine development pathway here.
