Your Coach Sees Every Rep

Small groups mean your coach knows your program, watches your movement, and makes real-time adjustments every session. Nothing gets missed. Nothing gets ignored.

Your Pace. Their Energy.

You progress based on your own baseline and goals — not anyone else’s. The group around you brings the energy and accountability. Your program keeps you moving in the right direction.

Intelligent Programming

Every session fits within a bigger plan. Programming follows clear progressions so your strength, speed, and conditioning build steadily over time — week over week, month over month.

Hard Enough to Work. Smart Enough to Last.

We train you hard. We also train you intelligently. The goal isn’t to wreck you — it’s to keep you showing up, progressing, and feeling capable in your body for the long term.

Built on a Foundation. Yours Specifically.

Every Kinetix member begins with an OnRamp — a structured entry point designed to assess where you’re at, establish your baseline, and set up a program that actually fits your body and your goals.

You choose between two options based on your experience and comfort with training. We’ll help you decide which is right for you.

Foundations
OnRamp

Three sessions to establish your baseline. We start with a personal coaching session to assess your movement patterns in the gym, so we can see how you move before anything else. From there, you'll complete a physical assessment with one of our physiotherapists or chiropractors — billable to your insurance benefits — followed by baseline testing with what we've learned about you already informing the process.

Conquer
OnRamp

Six sessions for those who want a more thorough introduction to the program. We start with a personal coaching session to assess your movement patterns in the gym, followed by a physical assessment with one of our physiotherapists or chiropractors — billable to your insurance benefits — and a baseline testing session with full context from both already in hand. From there, three additional personal coaching sessions build your confidence, establish your movement patterns, and prepare you fully before joining your small group. The clinical assessment alone is worth $130–$150 in insurance value. Submit your receipt after and reclaim a meaningful portion of your OnRamp cost through your benefits.
