It’s a long one, but jam-packed with quality information! I’ve broken it down into 3 parts. In Part 1 I introduce the LTAD framework and the first two categories of an Active Start and the FUNdamentals.

In Part 2, we look at Learning 2 Train and move through to Training 2 Compete.

Finally in Part 3, we move from Learning 2 Win to Training 2 Win and then touch on Retirement or Active 4 Life.
