2022 Summer Camps

Accelerator Program and Speed & Agility Camps

Week 1 = March 21st-25th. Week 2 = March 28th-April 1st
*Drop off between 8:30am-9:00am for AP Camps

These camps will help athletes of any sport to improve speed, strength, and power.

Sport Camps for dedicated athletes

These multi-day, short-duration (2-4 hours on average) training sessions offer a great opportunity for athletes aged 10-18 at any skill level to meet other athletes from different sports, add new skills, and hone existing ones.

ACELLERATOR PROGRAM (AP) CAMP

Camp 1 – 9am-12pm | March 21st-25th
Camp 2 – 9am-12pm | March 28th-April 1st

This camp is open to athletes aged 10-18 at all skill levels! So if you’re an athlete in any sport looking to improve your athletic abilities, this 5-day camp with 3-hour sessions is for you.

Over the course of this camp, you’ll:

  • Learn how to train in a high-performance environment 
  • Learn the fundamentals of strength training and sprinting
  • Learn new skills outside of the demand of your current sport
  • Receive hands-on training from top S&C coaches
  • Train at the right pace while pushing your athletic boundaries
  • Develop the speed, strength, and power to become a more robust athlete within your sport

Why should you show up?

  • A robust athlete is a durable athlete. Those that become stronger, faster, and more explosive are less susceptible to injury.
  • The foundation you build during this camp will stay with you for the rest of your athletic career
  • It’s a great opportunity to meet other athletes from different sports and add new skills to your repertoire!

Speed & Agility camp

Camp 1 - 9am-11am | March 21st-25th
Camp 2 - 9am-11am | March 28th-April 1st

*Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Wednesday is a rest day)

This camp is open to athletes aged 10-18 at all skill levels! If you’re an athlete in any sport looking to improve your sprinting ability, this 4-day camp with 2-hour sessions is for you.

Over the course of this camp, you’ll:

  • Learn how to properly warm-up
  • Learn the sprinting technical model
  • Learn how to incorporate speed work into your training schedule
  • Receive hands-on coaching from top speed coaches
  • Receive video feedback
  • Develop the skills to become an elite sprinter within your sport

Why should you show up?

  • Speed kills. Improving your sprinting ability and explosiveness is one of the best ways to elevate your game, no matter what sport you play
  • The foundation you build during this camp will stay with you for the rest of your athletic career
